Project Details

Originally a late 1800s house on a spacious lot, The Margot underwent renovations to accommodate a growing family and business. An addition on the side of the existing house introduced a large living room with coffered ceilings, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a laundry room upstairs. Modifications to the previous layout provided access to the addition, while the primary suite gained a new walk-in closet.
