Design Process & Budget Planning

Throughout the design phase, your vision for your home may evolve, and that's perfectly natural. We're committed to crafting a bespoke design tailored to your desires, ensuring your home encompasses all essential features. From selecting cabinets to choosing flooring and finishes, we’ll be there to help every step of the way.

To ensure clarity on costs, we'll provide a detailed specification and allowance breakdown. This comprehensive sheet offers a clear view of your home's projected costs and the chosen finishes, serving as a valuable reference as we progress with construction.

Step 03.

Construction

Our attention to detail means every aspect of your home's construction receives the utmost care. As we start the construction of your home, we'll keep you regularly informed about progress and any necessary adjustments. We want you to feel involved in the process, and if you ever have any questions, we’re here to help. You'll also have the opportunity to walk through the site during various stages of construction, with real-time updates conveniently accessible through our JobTread software.

Step 04.

Move-In

When your new home is completed and ready for move-in, we'll walk you through every last detail. Our aim is for you to feel the utmost satisfaction and anticipation for your new living space. We’ll cover all of the warranty information and make sure all of your questions and concerns have been answered and addressed. If anything comes up after the project is completed, we are always a phone call away!

Mountain and foothill lots can run higher due to access, grading, or soil work. The biggest cost drivers are the lot, structural engineering, and the level of finish.

  • We build year-round in Colorado, but our preferred time to start excavation is late summer through fall. Those months are typically drier and more stable, which helps with site access, earthwork, and concrete.
