Passive House New Construction

Project Updates

The Alexander is a ground-up Passive House new build in Denver’s Crestmoor neighborhood, designed to significantly outperform a typical home in energy efficiency, comfort, and durability. Early construction has focused on establishing a resilient, high-performance foundation tailored to Denver’s climate, with integrated moisture management, insulation, and air sealing to support a tight building envelope. High-performance systems, including an ERV for continuous filtered fresh air, are being incorporated to support healthy indoor air quality year-round.
