Project Details

The Elizabeth is a 105-year-old 2-story brick house full of charm. The original woodworking is still on display and makes you feel like you are returning to time. The wooden coffered ceilings and wainscotting in the living room and dining room are magnificent. We are in the process of removing the rear wall of the house to build a small addition onto the 2-story house also to include additional basement space as well. This 3 bed 1 bath house is transforming into a 5 bed 4 bath house with a large new central kitchen and incredible outdoor entertainment area hosting a large wrap-around deck and stunning ground level patio.
