The Elizabeth

The Elizabeth is a thoughtfully completed addition and renovation that brings modern function to a 105-year-old Park Hill home while honoring its original character. The project transformed the 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house into a spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with a new central kitchen and additional basement space. A wraparound deck and ground-level patio extend the living space outdoors and create new opportunities for gathering and entertaining.

Throughout the home, original woodwork, coffered ceilings, and wainscoting were carefully preserved to maintain a sense of history and continuity.
