Project Overview

The Powers, a classic Denver Square originally constructed over a century ago, is undergoing a thoughtful transformation to preserve its character while enhancing its functionality for modern living. Layout updates improve the flow of the home, while the basement is being reimagined to create additional usable space. Structural reinforcements and new roof trusses support long-term integrity and make room for a playful children’s space known as the ‘Eagles Nest.’

The renovation also includes a Warmboard in-floor radiant heating system, providing efficient, year-round comfort throughout the home.

Project Execution

Construction Update

February 2026

Work continues to move forward at The Powers, with interior finishes and custom millwork well underway. Exterior plaster preparation is in progress, and key systems including in-floor radiant heating, a whole-house humidifier, and an ERV are coming together to support year-round comfort and healthy indoor air quality.
