Located in Denver’s Country Club neighborhood, The Franklin is the continuation of a long-standing relationship with these homeowners. After partnering with Forest St. Builders on a kitchen remodel in 2018, the homeowners returned with a vision to further transform their home to better support their lifestyle and long-term needs.
The project centers around a 550-square-foot addition that will create a spacious main-floor primary suite while enhancing the home's overall functionality. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the original structure, the addition balances modern comfort and livability with the timeless character that defines both the home and the surrounding neighborhood.
Project Execution Construction Update
June 2026
Construction is underway at The Franklin, with excavation recently completed and the foundation footprint for the new addition taking shape. The team has opened up portions of the existing home and begun preparing for the structural work required to connect the addition to the original residence.
As work progresses, the project will continue to transform both the functionality and livability of the home, creating expanded gathering spaces and a new main-floor primary suite designed for long-term comfort and convenience.
