Located in Denver's historic Wash Park neighborhood, The Julian is a thoughtfully designed whole-home remodel that pairs the home's original character with expanded living spaces for modern family life. A new rear addition increases the home's footprint while creating a more open, functional layout, with carefully integrated updates that feel true to the home's architectural style.
The project also includes a finished lower level, reconfigured upper level, and new outdoor living spaces, creating a home that is both more spacious and better connected to the way its owners live today.

Demolition is complete at The Julian!
Due to tight site clearance, the next step is installing the sewer line before excavation begins for the addition at the back of the home. From there, we’ll move into concrete and framing.
